Teage Ezard
Founder
Teage was the driving force behind Combat MSA. As a chef and restaurateur with over 35 years' experience, Teage founded acclaimed restaurants Ezard, Gingerboy, and BLACK by Ezard, each celebrated for innovative cuisine and a lasting influence on Melbourne’s dining landscape. His work spanned the launch of signature concepts regionally and globally, the publication of multiple cookbooks, and leadership that emphasises mentorship and creativity. Teage’s connection to MSA helped shape a bold, purposeful vision for raising awareness, supporting research, and strengthening community into the future.
BENNI ARONI
Chairman
Benni is an accomplished leader in property, finance and business development with more than 45 years’ experience. He has shaped transformative projects across Melbourne, including Eureka Tower and Australia 108, and served as a director, advisor, and chair to major firms like Pitcher Partners, Hickory and AHB Group. As Chair of Combat MSA, Benni brings strategic leadership, a deep commitment to mentoring others, and will help guide the Foundation's vision, strengthen partnerships, and drive long-term community impact.
Tina Stefanou-Ezard
Co-Founder & CEO
Tina Ezard is a consultant and creative director with a background in brand strategy, hospitality, and guest experience. Tina is passionate about designing memorable, people-centred experiences and building strong community engagement, thanks to her hands-on work shaping celebrated venues and fostering genuine connections between people and place. She has a keen eye for translating vision into reality and knows how to create environments where both teams and communities thrive. Tina brings strategic creativity and the drive to help Combat MSA grow its presence and impact with empathy and purpose.
Theo Charalambous
Director
Theo has a well-established career advancing the healthcare sector through leadership and strategic initiatives. His work is supported by expertise in healthcare, management, and small business, coupled with a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School. Theo has collaborated with diverse teams and organisations to promote excellence in operations and enhance service delivery. Through charity work, Theo has delivered health care to many in need across Africa, Australia, and the Pacific, and currently presides as Chair and President of Optometry Australia.
Mark Northeast
Director
Mark Northeast brings decades of executive advisory experience to Combat MSA, offering practical insight into governance, organisational risk, and strategic growth. He has provided trusted counsel to a wide range of businesses and not-for-profit organisations, guiding them through challenge and change with a steady, pragmatic approach. Mark’s clear judgement and depth of understanding support Combat MSA in building robust structures, ensuring responsible operations, whilst staying focused on sustainability.
